Fava bean season has come late to Napa in 2023. Normally an April crop, they are going strong in June. Outer Space Wines says, “Let’s Celebrate Favas!”
Outer Space Wines Owner/Resident Chef Dan Dawson will serve his ultra-fresh Fava Bean Puree on sourdough toasts (also made by Dan). With it will be served three wines to match: Italian, Southern French and California (all white or rosé).
$20/person…OR a Fava Bean appetizer to share will cover one tasting.
