Fantastic favas and wines to match at Outer Space Wines

Favas are fantastic in Napa Valley in the springtime. Outer Space Wines owner/resident chef Dan Dawson will serve ultra-fresh fava beans two ways on Thursday, May 16, from 5 to 7:30 p.m.: Fava bean/pecorino salad and fava bean purée on sourdough toasts. With these he’ll serve three wines, a rosé and two whites, each picked to match the favas. The cost is $25 for the fava dishes and wine pairing.
