Derby Day Cocktails Class at Copia

A Celebration of Bourbon With the Kentucky Derby right around the corner, Copia is celebrating a Derby staple— bourbon—with a special Derby Day Cocktails class on Saturday, April 29.  They’re taking things beyond the mint julep and mixing up some new bourbon cocktails, like smashes, sours, mules and punches.
