Dakota Shy at Cadet

Dakota Shy wines come to Cadet on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 5 p.m. With a historied property and state-of the art winemaking facility at the base of Pritchard Hill, Dakota Shy is a fresh Cabernet-focused brand, already positioned among their Napa Valley peers. Members of their team will pour premium Cabernets, rosé and pop some corks on their favorite Champagnes from the Cadet cellar.  This will be accompanied by pizza from Ollie’s Artisan Baking Co. pizza truck.
