Clos Soléne at Cadet

Clos Soléne will be the featured winery for Wine Wednesday at Cadet on Wednesday, May 29 starting at 5 p.m. A love story that began in France and was solidified in California’s Central Coast formed the beginnings of Clos Soléne. Guillaume Fabre grew up on a vineyard in LanguedocRoussillon but had his sights set on California. He and his wife, Soléne, moved to the west side of Paso Robles in 2007 and now farm 28 acres where they raise three children.
