Classes at the Fatted Calf: At Whole Lamb Butchery
Fatted Calf offers classes once in a while for dedicated carnivores. he cost of each class is $275 per person and includes three hours of instruction, a snack and a bag of meaty goodies you helped to prepare to take with you.
At Whole Lamb Butchery on Sunday, Sept. 29, you can learn to break down a whole lamb into shoulders, legs, breast, racks and chops. Make lamb brochettes, crépinettes and other lamb specialties.
