Class Is In Session: CHAMPAGNE at Outer Space Wines

Introducing Class Is In Session, a never-ending series of classroom-style wine tastings and lessons with Dan Dawson of Outer Space Wines.

Each class will focus on a specific wine region of the world.

The class on Thursday, February 8 is on Champagne, the king of wines, the wine of kings. Within a span of six Champagnes Dan will discuss and show how the grape, place and winemaking style make big differences in the final product.
