‘China Oaxaca’ in Napa previewing The Warren

China Oaxaca is a series of pop-ups at the Andaz, inspired by the voyages of Spanish Galleon that brought influences and ingredients from the Mediterranean shores to the rich, exotic lands of Mexico, Southeast Asia, Japan and China and vice versa.

The menu, available a la carte or as a four-course $75 tasting menu, showcases foods inspired by this journey. A specialty craft mix of ingredients from Mexico and the Far East integrates herbs, spices, floral components and specialty liquors to create cocktails with aromatic notes. China Oaxaca is a first step toward opening The Warren, a fine dining cocktail lounge in the space that once held restaurants and is next to Padis Jewelry.
