Chiara Moio of Quintodecimo at  Compline Shop and Restaurant

Chiara Moio represents the new generation at Quintodecimo in Campania and she’s coming to Compline on Saturday, May 11, for a tasting and dinner. Quintodecimo has long been a favorite producer in Campania. Its stylish white wines from the three most important indigenous grapes, Falanghina, Greco and Fiano, are stunning in every single vintage.  Moio will lead a tasting of her family’s three white wines at the wine shop, and then they’ll walk to the restaurant for a communal meal featuring two Aglianico-based reds.  The cost of $185 per person includes both.
