Join CIA Copia at The Grove on Sunday, January 15th, for a special Brown Sugar Kitchen Brunch with Bay Area favorite, Chef Tanya Holland-Chef/Owner of Brown Sugar Kitchen, host of Tanya’s Kitchen Table, Top ChefSeason 15 competitor, James Beard Foundation trustee, and cookbook author-as she cooks up some of her signature dishes. The three-course brunch menu is inspired by her famed Oakland restaurant, Brown Sugar Kitchen, which she opened on this day in 2008 and includes a book signing of her latest cookbook, California Soul–available for purchase at the event. The meal starts with a crafted drink upon arrival and shared appetizers for the table and then proceeds with a choice of main course and a choice of dessert.
