Champagne dinner with Clement Hervieux
La Toque will present Clement Hervieux from Champagne Hervieux-Dumez in a special Champagne dinner on Saturday, October 21 at 6 p.m. They will serve a special menu showcasing five of their wines. The family has been making Champagne from Premier Cru vineyards for four generations with Premier Cru holdings in Sacy, Ecueil and Chamery. Seating is very limited for this special collaboration.
The cost is $375 per ticket.
