Celebrate the start of summer at Robert Mondavi

Robert Mondavi’s Arch & Tower celebrates the start of summer with a menu highlighted by a rare, large-format Cabernet Sauvignon from the library on Saturday June 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. They’ll serve halibut ceviche, cedar plank salmon, grilled ribeye and other dishes to welcome back the warm weather to wine country.
