Cadet features Stomp co-chairs

Although the Napa Valley Grapegrowers’ annual Harvest Stomp party is by invitation only, you can meet Stomp co-chairs Françoise Peschon, Karen Cakebread and Mary Maher at a pre-Stomp preview and taste some top wines at Cadet on Wednesday, Aug. 7, starting at 5 p.m. Harvest Stomp is a yearly fundraising event that benefits the Napa Valley Grapegrowers and the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation, two organizations that provide education, opportunity and advocacy for farmworkers.  The co-chairs will bring Accendo SB, Ziata, Meteor Cabernets and The Mascot Red Wine.  Cadet Wine & Beer Bar, 930 Franklin St., Napa, www.cadetbar.com,  707-224-4400
