Cadet features B. Kousage and his winery on Wednesday, Aug. 14, starting at 5 p.m. Entering his 20th vintage, Byron Kousage is an intellectual who hails from a family of educators and farmers. He spent the first 15 years of his winemaking career at Saintsbury in Carneros where he fell in love with Pinot Noir. It shows in the wines he produces under his label, B. Kousage. Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, Gamay and two Carneros Pinot Noirs that will be featured in this tasting.
