Brunch with Matthew Kammerer at Stanly Ranch
This fall, Stanly Ranch welcomes two-star Michelin chef Matthew Kammerer of Harbor House for a two-day collaboration with executive chef Garrison Price. A back-to-back James Beard Award semi-finalist, Matthew has an incredible passion for sustainable cooking, and like their culinary team, works to source from the best local purveyors.
Enjoy a prix fixe brunch menu on Friday morning served in our beautiful culinary garden, The Grange. Guests will start with a cured fish coupled with Matt’s famous sea lettuce sourdough, followed by a Harbor House special – shirred eggs prepared with butter sauce and seasonal vegetables. Brunch concludes with light fruit and sprinkled ume powder.
