Blind tasting at Back Room Wines
Back Room Wines pours aromatic wines on Friday, April 12, from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. In homage to spring, they’ve selected wines made from “aromatic grapes.” Muscat and Gewurztraminer are common examples but there are many more. Learn more about aromatic grapes and what makes their wines smell and taste so good. Terpenes, thiols, norisoprenoids and more are on the menu. Try them for $30.
