Bitter Love: amaro cocktails at Copia

: In a class on Amaro cocktails Sunday, June 15 from 1:30 to 3 p.m., CIA instructors will offer a guidebook to the boggling array of Italian, European and New World versions of this no-two-are-the-same herbal bittersweet digestivo that has become the new sweetheart of the spirit and mixology world. Students will experiment with traditional drink recipes and try a few new styles.  The cost is $85. Register.
