Asian Cuisine Boot Camp at Copia

The CIA is bringing a taste of Asia to Copia Dec. 11 to 15, and you can take those flavors and skills back to your kitchen after taking this boot camp.  Spend five days in the state-of-the-art Hestan Teaching Kitchen learning about various techniques and ingredients and cooking the cuisines of different Asian countries and regions, including India, Japan, China, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.
