Asheville chef Will Dissen visits The Grove at Copia

The Culinary Institute of America has trained some of the world’s most celebrated chefs. Chef Will Dissen ‘03 will show his skill at the CIA at Copia on Oct. 6. Sample his creative approach with a four-course dinner developed with Copia’s own CIA alumna and chef de cuisine, Deborah Mullins ‘97. Dissen is an award-winning chef and culinary diplomat, restaurateur, author and early pioneer of the farm-to-table and ocean sustainability movements.
