Acid trip at Cadet

Cadet’s first cellar dip of the year on Wednesday, Jan. 8, is all about Chablis, the beloved, cool climate region of France where lifted, crisp, linear Chardonnay reigns supreme. They will select four stellar producers of this Burgundian delight, each of their wines flaunting the specialness of this region and giving us more of a reason to celebrate the start of a new year.
