A Visit from the Hillside: Shafer at Cadet

Elias Fernandez, the long-time award-winning winemaker at Shafer Vineyards will be the featured guest for Wine Wednesday at Cadet on Wednesday, June 5, at 5 p.m. Established in the early ‘70s, Shafer represents more than 50 years of winemaking excellence in the Napa’s Stag’s Leap District, and their longtime winemaker, Elias Fernandez, is celebrating more than 40 harvests at Shafer.
