A plant-based dinner to support Jameson Humane at Compline
Chef Edwin Robles of Compline creates a four-course fully plant-based meal on Wednesday, Feb 5. The menu:

- Confit tomato soup
- Cauliflower couscous with harissa broth, pine nuts, raisins and crispy quinoa
- Moussaka with eggplant, potato and tomato coulis
- Roasted pear with salted caramel and pecans The cost is $107.48 per person with wine pairing $55. A portion of all menu proceeds will help fund veterinary care, food, supplies and other critical needs of Jameson Humane’s vital community programs.
