A Fine Line Screening, Q&A, and VIP Dinner: The CIA at Copia screens the award-winning documentary, A Fine Line, which explores the reasons why less than 7% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women, when traditionally women have always held the central role in the kitchen.  The screening on Friday, Oct. 20, at 5:30 p.m. will be followed by a Q&A with director Joanna James, chef Valerie James, chef Tanya Holland and chef Christine Ha and a four-course tasting menu with wine/beverages created by the panel of chefs and prepared by chef Deborah Mullins of the CIA at Copia.
