This fall, Stanly Ranch welcomes two-star Michelin chef Matthew Kammerer of Harbor House for a two-day collaboration with executive chef Garrison Price. A back-to-back James Beard Award semi-finalist, Matthew has an incredible passion for sustainable cooking, and like their culinary team, works to source from the best local purveyors.
Experience a five-course family style meal at Bear inspired by Matthew Kammerer and his seafood forward menu at the award winning Harbor House Inn. The evening begins with starters and shared appetizers, followed by a fish course from Matthew and a meat course from Garrison, and it all ends with Matthew’s signature seaweed ice cream.
