Chef Nini Nguyen from Top Chef and Last Bite Hotel will share her Vietnamese and Louisiana-influenced menu at CIA at Copia during the Worlds of Flavor® International Conference and Festival. Meet Chef Nguyen for one night only on November 5, and enjoy her menu throughout the weekend until November 8! Exclusively at The Grove. This pop-up dinner, while happening during Worlds of Flavor, is open to the public.

We will be featuring a menu from Chef Nini Nguyen’s debut cookbook, Đặc Biệt: An Extra Special Vietnamese Cookbook. This special multi-course menu features:

• Fish Sauce Caramel Glazed Chicken Wings, served family-style
