Wines of Burgundy — A Four-Part Journey with Dan Dawson
Few wine regions carry the weight of history and reverence quite like Burgundy. Over four Wednesdays this autumn join Napa Valley wine instructor, writer, and entrepreneur Dan Dawson for an exploration of the vineyards, traditions, and wines that have shaped this storied region for centuries.

Dan will guide you region by region — from Chablis to the Mâconnais — sharing not just what’s in the glass, but the land, the classification rules, and the stories behind them. Fresh from his own recent travels through Burgundy, Dan brings a firsthand, current perspective to this deep dive into one of the world’s most influential wine regions.
What to Bring:
Please bring at least three wine glasses to each session. If you have Burgundy-style glasses, we’d encourage you to use them — the shape is designed to draw out the aromatic character of these wines, and it makes a noticeable difference in the tasting experience.

Pricing:
$90 per class, or join us for the full four-part series for $325 (a 10% savings).

Seating:
Space is limited to 18 guests per session — early registration is recommended.

Participant Requirements:

Kindly bring your own glassware (preferably 4-6 glasses); spit cups will be provided. Given the limited seating capacity, purchasing tickets early is strongly encouraged.
