Glow & Go Community Walk

Our newest Saturday ritual — an extension of Heat Wave beyond the studio walls. We gather for a community walk, moving with intention and creating space for connection. This outdoor class is free and open to all, and members are welcome to bring a friend to enjoy the morning with us. Join after attending the 11 am class or meet us at the studio for the walk! Bring water and walking shoes.
