Sunday Blinds at Compline

Every Sunday night at Compline Restaurant, a guest Master Sommelier or Master of Wine will pour four classic wines blind for $28 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Each flight is designed to test your palate, check your skills and generally just be delicious. If you are deep in sommelier exam season or just want to try your hand at the somm tricks, come in every Sunday night to test your mettle. Come down for Sunday Blinds and stay for a bite.
