CIA at Copia is proud to be the home of the newest wine tasting experience and podcast series, Quench at Copia, with Master Sommelier Andrea Immer Robinson. You will get to be part of a live studio audience through a guided tasting with special guests from the culinary and wine industries who will join along the way. Each event invites you to learn and connect through exceptional wines, thoughtful pairings, and lively conversation.

We welcome you to be part of CIA at Copia’s newest wine tasting experience with Master Sommelier Andrea Immer Robinson in her Quench at Copia series, with special guest and Master Sommelier, Carlton McCoy. In this experience, you’ll be focusing on one of the “GOAT”-ed Grapes: Cabernet. Through a guided tasting and expert insight, you’ll uncover what gives Cabernet its power, elegance, and unmistakable character.
This experience will also be paired with a “Taste of The Grove” – a sample of a dish from The Grove Restaurant curated by our former CIA student and Michelin-starred chef.
