Napa Valley Wine Train unveils Secret Garden Afternoon Tea
The “Secret Garden Afternoon Tea” returns to the Napa Valley Wine Train in partnership with Chandon to celebrate spring in Napa Valley. Guests will ride in a newly redesigned 1915 Pullman railcar bursting with pink- and neutral- toned wildflowers and window decals while sipping Chandon wine, premium tea and sweet and savory accompaniments during a ride The tea experience kicks off at the Wine Train station in Napa at 11:30 a.m. with a Chandon Garden Spritz. A selection of teas will be offered along with a soup and salad course, and a traditional three-tier riser will feature sweet and savory finger sandwiches, scones, cheeses, desserts and more. Options include caviar, wine and cocktails. Each booking will receive a photo as a memento of their three-hour trip. The Secret Garden Afternoon Tea runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday through October.
