Your Guide to Napa Valley’s Inaugural StreamFest

For many years, Napa has been home to a number of exciting festivals and events. It’s no surprise why — in addition to a wide variety of unique event venues, Napa boasts world-class dining, a thriving wine scene, incredible views and so much more, all in one walkable Downtown. This year, Napa will play host to the first-ever Napa Valley StreamFest, an immersive four-day celebration of excellence in all things streaming — podcasts, films, social content and more. Don’t have your tickets yet? Grab them here! And while you’re gearing up for this exciting event, we’ve put together a handy guide to enjoying both the festival and a bit of Napa, too.

Plan Your StreamFest Stay

In preparation for the festival, many lodging properties around Napa are offering specials, so you can stay close to the action while saving a little money, too. Andaz Napa, the festival’s partner hotel, is offering almost 50% off for StreamFest pass holders. The Meritage Resort and Spa and Archer Hotel Napa are also offering 20% off, while River Terrace Inn is offering 15% off. More details on lodging specials can be found at NapaValleyStreamFest.com.

The Main Event

StreamFest kicks off on Thursday, April 24th with an exciting lineup of discussion panels, comedy sets, Q&As and, of course, plenty of opportunities to enjoy some great wine and food. At 4:30 PM, Feast It Forward, a playful outdoor gathering spot known for its artsy, eclectic vibe, will be hosting the “Napa Hour” pre-reception. Enjoy light bites paired perfectly with Napa wines as you chat with other fest attendees and industry insiders. The pre-reception will also include a live culinary demonstration by Kelly Rizzo, an actress, producer and performer known for shows such as Unfiltered with Kelly Rizzo and her podcast, Comfort Food.

Later in the evening, you’ll have the chance to share some laughs with comedian Corey O’Brien before the night’s panels get started. Thursday will end with a “Push Play” party at The Barn, an exclusive Downtown Napa social club offering craft cocktails, live music, vintage cars to peruse and more.

Then, on Friday, the excitement begins bright and early at the Artist Breakfast Gathering, hosted from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM at Mia Carta. Then, you’re free to explore the panels, screenings and discussions — featuring performers such as Adam Rose — until 1 PM, at which point a “Commercial Break” will leave you with a few hours to explore Napa’s nearby attractions. Consider going for a quick wine tasting, grabbing a bite to eat or browsing some of Napa’s many eclectic boutiques, all specializing in our signature laid-back luxury style. At 3 PM, the festivities are back on, and you’ll be treated to an evening of standup comedy, film screenings and fascinating Q&As from industry geniuses like Sam Jones, the director of Apple TV’s Ted Lasso. And, of course, what’s a good Friday night celebration without a little party to end it? From 8:30 to 10:30 PM, Downtown Napa will be transformed into a blowout block party, featuring live music, food, wine and good vibes.

Saturday follows a similar pattern to Friday, kicking off with an Artist Breakfast (playfully titled, “Let’s Do Business”) at Chateau Beuna Vista before launching into a jam-packed day. Saturday’s guests are truly exceptional, featuring performers such as the incredible Jason Segel (who doesn’t love Forgetting Sarah Marshall?!), who will be doing a live recording of the podcast he co-hosts with Scott Feinberg, Awards Chatter. For those with Elite and Legacy passes, you’ll be invited to the night’s culmination: an intimate dinner honoring the festival’s distinguished artists and industry leaders.

StreamFest will wrap on Sunday at Signorello Estate. Following an afternoon of panels focused on trailblazers in the industry, there will be a “Hit Pause” party with Signorello’s stunning outdoor landscape as a backdrop.
