Easter Brunch at The Grove

The Grove restaurant at The CIA at Copia serves Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It will feature a three-course menu with house-made pastries such as zeppole doughnuts with dark chocolate dipping sauce and a Meyer lemon raspberry tart. Starters include burrata and beets with spiced beetroot purée or Rancho Gordo heirloom Cicerchia bean purée with fennel oil.  Entrées include porchetta Benedict with rosemary-roasted pork belly and loin, spring pea rigatoni carbonara, or vegetarian-friendly spring vegetables with jammy eggs.
