La Sirena wine team (and family trio) Remi, Chelsea and Heidi Barrett launch their Aviatrix 2016 Sparkling Blanc de Noir on Monday, Nov. 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. They will be pouring Aviatrix Sparkling, 2016 Grenache, 2021 Rosato and 2018 Studio Series CabSyrah winemaker blend. They will offer special pricing on these bottles. Aviatrix is dedicated to the intrepid women throughout the history of aviation, who surpass society’s expectations and limitations to soar to new heights. Tickets are $50.
