Tucked neatly (and ever so discreetly) on the corner of Archer Hotel’s rooftop is the cozy Whiskey Bar. This alfresco space welcomes enthusiasts and novices alike to discover new and favorite whiskeys from its 150+ list. Offerings include unique and rare whiskeys, a small vintage collection and approachable pours, as well as specialty cocktails based on private barrel selections.
Complementing the whiskey experience are two hearth stone ovens that put forth such elevated, shareable fare as baked oysters, smoked pork ribs (served wet or dry) and two tempting pizza pies. Guests can chill by the stone fireplace in Sonoma redwood Adirondack chairs or test their whiskey wisdom via a selection of bar games. Best of all, they can sip an extra fine while taking in the valley skyline.
This intimate, reservation-only venue is a “neat” spot to toast to more Napa Valley adventures.
