About Compline Wine Shop

Compline Wine Shop is a great place to taste and explore new varieties, regions, and styles of wine. The veteran sommelier duo behind popular Compline Restaurant recognized  Napa’s need for a world-class retail wine destination and opened Compline Wine Shop in October of 2022. Today they over hundreds of hand-picked bottles and rare finds from around the world and local Napa Valley favorites.

The Wine Shop Experience

Compline Wine Shop isn’t your run-of-the-mill wine shop. It elevates the wine shop experience and maintains the perfect condition of all its wines by keeping them at 58°. The staff at Compline are passionate about about wine, and strive to do their wine, and its customer, justice by helping find the perfect wine no matter the taste or occasion.

A high-end tasting bar at the front offers daily flights of wine, glasses, and a spot to chill and listen to the curated music collection on the shop’s hifi Cambridge Audio sound system.

The New York Times featured Compline as one of the 6 places to drink wine in Napa and Sonoma.

Weekly Events at Compline Wine Shop

Every Sunday, Compline Wine Shop presents Turntable Trivia from 5 to 7pm. Each right answer unlocks 5% off wines by the glass.

Every Thursday, Kim Oshiro leads a guided, one-hour blind-tasting class from 6-7pm for a fun, educational immersion into the fine sides of wine.

The Compline offers several Wine Clubs to ensure you never go without good wine. The Monthly Pickup Club (ideal for locals around Napa) provides two hand-picked bottles by the sommelier each month, along with member-only discounts and events. The Monthly or Quarterly Shipped Clubs (ideal for those further away) ships the selections right to your home.
