HANDMADE WHITE CORN TORTILLAS

The cornerstone of the C CASA menu is our offering of distinctive Tacos crafted with innovative ingredients like Spiced Ground Buffalo, Housemade Duck Confit and Seared Ahi Tuna. Our handmade, non-GMO, white corn tortillas are the foundation and are piled high with fresh, wholesome ingredients and dressed with unique cremas, aiolis and flavors.

DELICIOUS — We bring a healthful, innovative approach to our food with delectable and artfully constructed layers of global flavors.

NUTRITIOUS — Our nutrient packed ingredients include sustainably sourced greens, fresh fruits, vegetables, artisan cheeses, meats and seafood. Handmade tortillas are crafted from 100% USA grown, non-GMO, organic white corn. And everything is 100% Gluten Free!
