Oxbow Public Market is Napa’s Gathering Spot

A recent trip to Napa's Oxbow Public Marketrevealed a congenial mix of locals and tourists enjoying the vibrant communal space that houses 24 varied merchants.It's a place where all types and ages merrily convene and mingle over morning coffee, a baked treat, lunch, dinner, or a nip of small batch distilled spirits. It's a place where out-of-towners dine beside renowned artists and anonymous wine country royalty. It's a place that inspires.

When Oxbow opened in 2008 at the beginning of the recession, it was a bit slow to take-off. But these days, the 40,000 square foot open-span market is consistently packed from morning 'til night and is considered the community's informal living room.

Designed by the architectural team who brought San Francisco its beloved Ferry Building retail space, Oxbow's independently owned and operated shops and restaurants are open seven days a week, and most tenants are open until 9:00pm with later hours on Friday evenings. Read More…
