Downtown Napa’s Inaugural BottleRock and Historic Venues Feature Top Entertainment

NAPA, Calif. (May 2, 2013) – Located just a short drive from three international airports, Downtown Napa is the premier destination for the discerning music and entertainment fan. With 860 comfortable theater seats, this venue provides patrons a truly unique and enjoyable concert experience even during their many sold-out shows. The modern art-deco theater features artists and entertainers like Margaret Cho, Naughty by Nature, Jewel, Jeff Bridges & The Abiders and many other acts across the spectrum. Dating back to the 1930’s, stars such as Clark Gable and Carol Lombard used to frequent the theater as a part of their Northern California excursions.

Napa Valley Opera House, located on Main Street in Downtown Napa, was built in 1879 and hosts jazz, blues, theater, dance and contemporary greats. The venue draws some of the biggest names in music, including Shawn Colvin,Chris Botti and Emerson String Quartet. Some of the upcoming concerts and shows include Grammy Award Winner Kathy Mattea, Arlo Guthrie and the Fabulous Thunderbirds. This year the Opera House celebrates 10 years of artistic excellence, as the venue experienced a major renovation and re-opened in 2003. Since construction completed, the Opera House has successfully recaptured its original grandeur and then some.

Silo’s at Napa River Innis one of Napa’s premiere music rooms also located in the heart of Downtown Napa at the Historic Napa Mill. It’s not unusual to find Grammy Award Winners sitting in for a set with local legends like Skyler Jett and Victoria Theodore.
