Virtual Cooking Series: Adam Rosenblum

Join Lindsay Hoopes and Chef Adam Rosenblum on July 24th at 4pm (PST) from the comfort of your own kitchen. We will take you on a culinary adventure in the Hoopes Estate Kitchen while pairing these delectable dishes with our delicious Napa Valley wines.

This bundle comes with a specialized food box with Adam’s favorite ingredients to execute the dish, 3 bottles of our Hoopes Vineyard wines, and an interactive 2 hour culinary experience with Adam and Lindsay!

The wines we will be serving are:

2016 Sauvignon Blanc

2014 Genny’s Vineyard Chardonnay

2015 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Menu: Mini soft pretzel with smoked salmon, pickled spring onion, whole grain mustard crème fraiche. Pastrami duck breast with rye spiced risotto and red cabbage jam. Caramelized pineapple, vanilla pound cake, and pineapple gastrique.
