Tannery Bend and Oenotri host a special beer dinner with Tannery Bend beers at Oenotri on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m.
The menu includes:
• Steelhead crudo with roe and preserved Meyer lemon with Big Ranch Belgium Blonde (5.1% ABV)
• Kabocha squash condimento with fior di latte, pomegranate and pine nuts and Yajome IPA (7.0% ABV)
• PEI mussels with saffron, white wine, garlic, cream and crostone served with The Golden Faithful Belgium Strong (8.8% ABV)
• Braised short ribs with cocoa, orange and celery root passato and Jack’s Bend Pale Ale (5.0% ABV)
• Chocolate panna cotta with espresso crema and Soscol Porter (9.2% ABV)
The cost is $117 per guest and includes food, beer, tax and service.
