2nd: Schramsberg Brut Rose 2018 & prawn fresh roll, herbs, edible flowers and peanut hoisin dipping sauce
3rd: Schramsberg Reserve 2012 & Spanish scallops with sweet corn & chorizo, in a cream sauce reduction
4th: Side by Side Tasting of Davies Ferrington Pinot Noir 2019 and Nobles Pinot Noir 2019 with Pork Tenderloin in thyme & mushroom reduction pinot noir sauce on a bed of creamy polenta
5th: J Schram & Champagne cake with poached pear & spiced chocolate sauce
