Mother’s Day Brunch at the CIA at Copia

Mother’s Day Brunch is served at The Restaurant at CIA Copia from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.

The menu includes pancetta cotto scramble, chicken fried steak and eggs and spicy mussels with Calabrian chili.

The cost is $40 per person or $65 with unlimited Bloody Marysand mimosas.

The brunch also includes tasting, buying, serving and fun pairings for sparkling wine and a tasting to see if you can tell the difference between Champagne and some other wines made in the same style.
