The CIA at Copia invites you to join the celebration of the 50th anniversary of #EarthDay and the first inaugural Food is Life festival, April 22–26, 2020 – a five-day event celebrating all things sustainable food and beverage with guest chef cooking demonstrations and tastings, live talks, film screenings, music, hands-on garden experiences and more. 🌍

Presented in partnership with Jackson Family Wines and Sierra Club, with support from The Mushroom Council, Earth Day Network, and Clover Sonoma. Food is Life will include demonstrations and experiences with CIA trustee and Napa’s own, Chef Thomas Keller, Kyle and Katina Connaughton, owners of SingleThread Farm, Anthony Myint, founder of The Perennial and Zero Foodprint, Matt Accarrino ’98, William Dissen ’03, Matthew Dolan ’98, Jehangir Mehta ’95, John Ash, Tanya Holland, Ed Metcalfe and CIA’s own, Sandy Sauter.

This incredible line-up also includes next-generation winemakers, culinary gardeners and master beekeepers – all together in celebration of Earth Day and in the spirit of providing guests fun, delicious and enriching ways to learn how you can make better food choices for yourself and for the planet.
