Eat. Drink. Escape,” Feb. 16-18, at the CIA at Copia, is a three-day immersive food and wine experience where you’ll gain new knowledge, savor different, exciting flavors, pick up useful skills, and have lots of fun.

Friday 2/16

It begins on Friday at 5:30 p.m. with The History of Napa Valley in Eight Glasses, followed by Eat Like a Local, a walk-around dining experience featuring Northern California food and wine, 7-9:30 p.m.

Saturday 2/17

Saturday, Feb. 17, begins with Raise a Toast at 9 a.m. Then choose between three options for morning and afternoon sessions: Mangia in the Morning, Global Street Foods or Far East Made Easy, and California Up and Comers: 5 Regions You Should Know

After lunch in the garden, three sessions include Healthy Hacks, Bistros & Brasseries and Potato Chip Paradox: A New Way to Think About Perfect Pairings and Better with Butter: Winter Pies & Tarts.

At 7:30 p.m.  at the Chef’s Table: California Bounty Dinner, CIA chefs will create three courses in the teaching kitchens.

Sunday 2/18

On Sunday, Feb. 18,10:30 a.m. to noon at the CIA Chef Best Brunch Battle, CIA chefs race to create dishes during this all-out competition.
