Angèle will serve a four-course menu to help celebrate Independence Day. 

The menu will be served family-style to allow you enjoy the evening with loved ones and friends.

It includes:

•       Marinated olives and dried fava beans for the table

•       Heirloom tomato and stone fruit salad, fromage blanc, basil, red onion, levain croutons

•       Angèle “wedge’” salad, Little Gem lettuces, blue cheese dressing

•       Supplement Regiis Ova caviar – 1oz tin, $80

•       Roasted heritage chicken with garden figs and fig jus

•       Potatoes Lyonnaise

•       Ratatouille with eggplant, zucchini and tomato ragout

•       A supplement of ricotta and summer corn agnolotti, $30

•       Angèle “Ho Ho” layered chocolate cake, Chantilly cream, candied hazelnuts, cocoa nibs

The cost is $78 per person.
