Downtown Napa has so many hot new restaurants and wine tasting rooms springing up, each offering their own unique spin on food, cocktails and wine. We showcased many of these great places during the culinary stroll in Downtown Napa today as a part of the Flavor! Napa Valley festival. The event, First Taste, was a tour of various participating restaurants and wine tasting rooms, all of which featured delicious small bites and wine. Each location sampled their finest offerings and the chefs and wine tasting room managers greeted the guests with insights to how their food and wine are prepared and why they are unique to Downtown Napa. After the event, guests had the opportunity to make reservations to return to their favorite restaurant any time during Flavor! Napa Valley to enjoy the pre-fixe menu.

Participating restaurants and wine tasting rooms included: Andaz Farmers Table, Morimoto Napa, The Thomas, Tarla Mediterranean Grill, Azzuro Pizzeria, Norman Rose Tavern, Bounty Hunter Wine Bar and Smokin’ BBQ, Fish Story, Ca’ Momi Enoteca, Back Room Wines, John Anthony Wines and Mason Cellars.
