Miminashi, a Japanese Izakaya-style restaurant, brings the casual, convivial style of a Tokyo gastropub to downtown Napa. Chef Curtis Di Fede emphasizes fresh, market driven produce and simple preparation in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. In addition to it’s array of shared Japanese dishes, Miminashi features a selection of international wines, fine sake, craft cocktails and spirits.

Miminashi offers catering services. Additionally, the restaurant is able to accommodate large parties in the dining room, and does partial or full buyouts of the restaurant for larger gatherings. 

To make things sweet, Miminashi has a take out window offering soft-serve ice cream, with flavors and toppings that change daily.
