Huether’s Downtown Napa gallery is an exclusive venue for his fine art. Huether’s enormously successful career, spanning several decades, has involved large-scale art installations, many executed in the medium of glass. In recent years he has begun exploring different media and a more challenging direction in his smaller-scale fine artwork. Using the seductive properties of richly saturated color, a wide array of natural and artificial light sources, luscious and diverse texture, found materials and quirky, sometimes unsettling imagery, his work offers viewers a complex intellectual experience.
