Napa City Nights – From now through August, Friday nights will be a lot more festive in Downtown Napa with Napa City Nights summer concerts. If you’re in town, you can catch a new musical act each week at Veterans Memorial Park Amphitheater, from blues and jazz to rock and country. Shows begin at 6:30pm.

Do Napa Culinary Crawl – Napa will continue its Culinary Crawl events through the summer, with the first taking place June 21 and the second taking place August 16. Tickets are $40 each in advance and include a guided culinary tour as well as small bites at three foodie havens. This is a great way to explore the abundance of great food and wine in the walkable Downtown Napa area.

Fourth of July in Napa – If you happen to be in Napa over Independence Day, a classic Fourth of July celebration awaits! The festivities will kick off with a patriotic parade down Second and Third Streets. Later in the day, the Napa Lights Event at Oxbow Public Market will feature music, a kids zone and a salute to the U.S.A. To cap off the holiday, a spectacular fireworks show will wow locals and visitors alike over the rooftops of Downtown Napa.

Napa Porch Fest – Listen to live music while experiencing the charm of historic Napa! On Sunday, July 29, some of the historic homes in the city will showcase musicians on their very own porches. The community is invited to roam the neighborhood, mix and mingle with friends and listen to music. Even better, the event is free!

Main Street Reunion – Classic car lovers, rejoice! Main Street Reunion is back on Saturday, August 18. Featuring more than 400 antique and classic cars, food and drinks, and family fun, this event is a favorite for travelers near and far.

Blues, Brews & BBQ – Saturday, August 25, marks the return of another Napa favorite. Indulge in a day of finger-lickin’ good barbecue, amazing blues music and ice cold beer. This year will feature more than 40 micro brews, some of the Bay Area’s best blues musicians, and everyone’s favorite spectacle: a rib-eating contest.

These summer events are a wonderful way to learn more about the culture and personality of Napa, so mark your calendars and celebrate summer with the locals in between your wine tastings and restaurant reservations!
