Oxbow Public Market is starting 2013 with a birthday celebration! January 21 – 25 are the days to make sure you’re in Downtown Napa for the party. The week culminates with a birthday bash on Friday, January 25 from 5 – 8 p.m. with complimentary birthday cake and ice cream from The Model Bakery to celebrate the Fifth Anniversary of the Market. In addition, there will be daily $5 merchant specials, live music and nightly drawings for great prizes.
In case you are unfamiliar with Oxbow Public Market, it is located at 610 & 644 First Street in the Oxbow District of Napa. This week would be a great time to visit the Oxbow District if you have not done so before. In addition to all of the complimentary goodies, there are many wonderful restaurants to visit while you’re in the Oxbow District, like Ca’Momi, the authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria and Wine bar.
Oxbow’s delicious authentic Italian restaurant is expanding to offer up more options for its adoring, food loving public (us included). The expansive traditional Italian cuisine menu should be enough to draw you to the new space, but the additional seating is just a plus when it comes to the already delicious food and warm, welcoming setting.
Don’t leave without visiting Poor House, one of the newest additions to Oxbow. With a unique collection of décor and furniture including – but not limited to – upholstered sofas and seating, chandeliers, glassware and custom furnishings from their own fabrication shop, this is the place to go to spruce up your home for 2013.
In addition to the birthday celebrations, be sure to check out the Napa Truffle Festival on Monday, January 21from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. If you’re a fan of truffles, or just wondering what in the world all the buzz is about, be sure to stop by and check out the decadent and delectable culinary treasure.
